AVBB - Approved Vehicle Body Builders

Introduction

To apply for National Approval (IVA/NSSTA) an applicant must be part of NSAI’s AVBB scheme. This scheme looks at the production process in which a vehicle is being produced against legislative and manufacturer requirements.

Important Notice:

As of 1st January 2020, National Vehicle Approval (NSSTA or IVA) applicatons for vehicles of category M, N and O will only be accepted by an AVBB.

Please fill out this application form and return it to Stephanie.flood@nsai.ie.
NSAI will contact the applicant on receipt of completed application form accompanied with a current tax clearance certificate to schedule inspection
