The applicant must download and fill in the application and suitability forms located at bottom of this page. They must fill both in and upload them along with proof of experience. The applicant must show their level of experience with a case story and a reference contact person, whom they contact to validate. There is a written examination, comprised of over 30 multi-choice questions over a 3 hour period, where they have to explain some of their choices. There is then a two-hour 1:1 interview exploring experience and knowledge.
