Two new Building Information Modelling (BIM) collections of standards, ‘BIM Essentials’ and ‘BIM Advanced,’ are now available to buy from the NSAI’s standards store at a heavily discounted rate.

Published by NSAI Standards, the new collections are an initiative of NSAI’s new BIM department, the Office of Government Procurement (OGP) and Build Digital.

In support of the government’s Housing for All initiative and the national BIM mandate, these collections are aligned with international best practice and public sector requirements.

Aimed at construction companies and public sector bodies, adopting these standards can help improve project coordination, enhance regulatory compliance, and drive sustainability in line with the goal of reducing residential construction costs.
