Public consultation: data sharing agreement between NSAI and NTA
Public Consultation Notice on Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) for the sharing of SPSV Licence data between the National Standards Authority of Ireland and the National Transport Authority

The National Standards Authority of Ireland is intending to enter into a Data Sharing Agreement under the Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019.
The proposed agreement, a Data Sharing Agreement between the National Standards Authority of Ireland and the National Transport Authority for the sharing of SPSV License data will be available for public consultation at gov.ie/consultations/DSA for a period of 28 days, from 14 May 2025 to 11 June 2025.
The public are invited to make submissions by email to consultations.dsa@per.gov.ie. Submissions must include the full Data Sharing Agreement name ‘NTANSAI 027/250326 DSA for SPSV Licence data’ in the subject line of the email. Only submissions made to this email address will be accepted.
Once the public consultation period has expired submissions will not be accepted.
Note: As part of the Playbook process the Data Sharing Committee advise the Data Governance Board in relation to Data Sharing Agreements. Please note that personal information in the submission is redacted before it is shared with the Data Sharing Committee. The Data Governance Board receive the full submission as set out in DSGA s(57)(2)(g).
