NSAI Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Competitions are open to residents of The Republic of Ireland only- unless otherwise stated.
• Competitions are open to persons aged 18 years or over only.

• Employees, contractors, subcontractors, and immediate family members of NSAI and NSAI subsidiaries are not eligible to enter NSAI competitions.

2. Entry Period

• The competition entry period is stated on the relevant competition page.

• Entries received after the stated closing date will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

• Follow the instructions provided on the competition page.

• Only one entry per person/ organisation is permitted unless otherwise stated.

4. Prize

• The prize is as described on the competition page
• No cash alternative is available.
• The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
• The prize does not include costs of any travel to or from any prize event unless otherwise stated.
• The prize does not include any accommodation or subsistence costs associated with attendance at a prize event.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be chosen at random or via judging panel, if applicable, from all valid entries.

• Winners will be notified via email or phone within 30 working days of the closing date.

• If a winner does not respond within 5 days of notification being sent, NSAI reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Data Protection

• Personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with our  Privacy Notice
• Winners’ names may be published on NSAI’s social media accounts, website &/or ezine

7. General

• NSAI reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

• NSAI’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
