And this year’s winner is…
The National Standards Authority of Ireland wishes to congratulate JPK Fencing on winning the Innovation Award at the Small Firms Association’s National Small Business Awards in the RDS on Thursday evening (March 5th 2026).
The aim of these awards is to celebrate excellence, achievement, and innovation among small businesses across Ireland, along with their important contribution to the Irish economy. They also give these organisations a platform to highlight the contributions and achievements of their employees.
To highlight the strong and important link between innovation and small businesses, NSAI was once again honoured to sponsor the Innovation category at this year's awards. Six incredible companies were nominated for their innovative work over the past 12 months.
NSAI’s Stewart Hickey, Head of Business Excellence, was at the RDS to present the award on stage. Speaking after the ceremony, Mr Hickey commented:
“This award is recognition of the wonderful work of JPK Fencing, who have shown a true commitment to innovation in their respective field. These awards align closely with NSAI’s mission to support Irish SMEs by recognising and celebrating their achievements and we are, once again, proud to sponsor the Innovation award.”

JPK Fencing has been supplying Ireland with trusted palisade, weldmesh, acoustic fencing, barriers, and more since 1975, supported by skilled craftsmen with over 200 years of combined experience.
Well done to all the other innovative firms in this category: An Even Better Place to Work, Profitsflow, RecaptureOne, The Career Coach, and The Skibbereen Food Company.
