Structural Designers warning
New data is becoming available which may require structural designers to significantly adjust their snow loading calculations for Ireland, the NSAI National Eurocodes Advisory Committee warned. Changes to the National Annex to Eurocode I.S. EN 1991-1-3 "General Actions - Snow Loads" are being prepared in the light of the new data from Met Eireann.
