Why you should attend
In an increasingly competitive market place where reliance on reputation alone may not be sufficient to grow your business world standards provide a benchmark and platform for leading organisations. The conference will discuss Does Quality Pay? and is aimed at providing professionals practicing quality a forum to hear and discuss latest trends.
There are two morning sessions and one afternoon session. The morning plenary session will be followed by a choice of attending two out of three breakout sessions. All sessions will be followed by a 'question & answer' forum allowing delegates to gain even greater insight into the challenges they may be facing in their own organisations. The afternoon will be a plenary session followed by a panel question and answer session.
Programme & Speakers
The majority of speakers have been confirmed and in keeping with conference tradition they and their organisations are considered leading experts in the area of quality. There will be plenty of opportunity to network and to learn from these experts and from your peers.
