Operational Excellence

This is the third annual conference under the general “Quality in Ireland” heading.  

The theme of the 2014 conference is operational excellence and how it can be sustained in a regulated risk-averse work environment.  Key industry practitioners will present at the conference as part of a programme designed for people working or interested in all aspects of Quality.  The speakers will tell us what operational excellence is, about the Shingo Prize and how it has transformed their organisation.

The conference will provide quality professionals an opportunity to explore how quality delivers innovative and safe products and services to consumers.
