  • SAI Global normally ships all stocked items on the same day it receives your order.
  • All orders for hardcopy standards are subject to a 6.5 per cent postage, packing and insurance charge.

If you urgently need a standard, or if you are a regular standards user, you can apply for the download facility.

This allows you to download the full text of all Irish Standards, plus tens of thousands of other European Standards, International Standards and national standards from across the globe.

The downloads come in PDF format and can be delivered directly to your desktop within seconds.

Standards pricing

All prices for Irish customers are in euro. Irish Standards, including adopted European Norms and International Standards, are priced according to NSAI's price list.

For International Standards which have not been adopted as Irish Standards see the ISO/IEC price list (converted to euro).

Titles of Irish Standards and prices can be viewed by anyone on our online catalogue. To see a price list of other standards, you will need to register.

Standards discounts

Subscribers to NSAI's Standards Information Service (SIS) are entitled to a 40 per cent discount on all Irish Standards, including adopted European and International Standards.

Volume discounts are also available for bulk orders of individual standards.

Standards payment

Orders can be made by phone or online through our official distributor, SAI Global. Regular standards purchasers may be offered a 30-day credit account by SAI Global.

All other orders should be pre-paid with either:

  • A euro cheque drawn on an Irish bank, payable to SAI Global
  • A credit card accepted by SAI Global.
