Quality in Ireland Annual Conference 2016 | 20th October

NSAI and Quality Ireland bring you the 5th Quality in Ireland conference, taking place in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Santry, Dublin on Thursday the 20th October 2016.

The theme of the conference this year is Does Quality Pay?
Speakers will present and discuss examples of where quality pays, not just in reducing costs but also in improving customer service, response times, efficiency etc.

Keynote speakers have been confirmed and in keeping with conference tradition they, and their organisations, are considered leading experts in the area of quality.
