Quality Policy


In support of our Vision, Mission and Values it is the policy of NSAI to provide the leadership, resources and systems in order to consistently meet customer requirements and strive to exceed stakeholder expectations.

We will do so by focussing on our customer and other stakeholder needs and by all staff engaging in the day to day operations of our business.

The NSAI is committed to consistently meet the requirements of the management standards to which it operates (for example ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17021 etc.) and continually improve its effectiveness. NSAI management systems contribute to the successful achievement of our strategic goals and objectives.

Our strategic goals are outlined in the NSAI Strategy which is aligned and supported by operational plans.
