The Acoustical Laboratory at NML currently offers the following range of traceable calibration services:
Acoustical Calibrators
- Calibration of sound level calibrators to IEC 60942 (2003).
Sound Level Meters
- Verification of Type 1/Class 1 sound level meters to BS 7580: Part 1 (1997) and IEC 61672-3 (2006)
- Acoustical calibration of Type 2 sound level meters.
- Verification of Class 1 & 2 sound level meters to IEC 61672 (Part 3)
