NSAI Agrément Approved Installer - ETICS Scheme

Summary of application process

  • Contact the Certificate Holder of the NSAI Agrément certified system for training in accordance to the Certificate and all other documents provided by the Certificate Holder.
    Search our database of Agrément Certified products for External Insulation Systems. 
  • The Application must be submitted on the relevant ETICS Application form.  This form must be filled in by the Applicant and signed by the ‘Certificate Holder’.  Please submit completed form including assessment fee to the NSAI Agrément Department.

  • The ETICS Assessment Contract form should be signed and returned to our department, keeping a second sighed copy for the Applicants records.
  • On receipt of completed Application Form, Assessment Fee and signed Assessment Contract the applicant shall be contacted by an NSAI Agrément Assessor to arrange an audit date.  The applicant is subject to an assessment by NSAI Agrément prior to approval, and regular surveillance subsequently.
NOTE: The Applicant shall be audited against the Product Certificate requirements, the ETICS Scheme document requirements and all other documents provided by the 'Certificate Holder' and shall satisfy NSAI Agrément regarding the ability to comply consistently with those requirements.  Typically one site visit and one office visit.  All significant issues shall be resolved prior to issue of an approval. 
 
 
  • If successful, NSAI Agrément will provide written confirmation of approval, issue an Approved Installer Number and include the Approved Installer in the Schedule of ETICS Approved Installers on the NSAI Agrément website.
  • After approval, NSAI Agrément will carry out regular audits (typically one annual witness installation and one office audit), to confirm ongoing compliance with the NSAI Scheme.  The number of witness audits should take into consideration the number of Supervisor/Teams and the number of Systems being used.

NOTE:  A list of valid applicants is sent to Sustainable Energy Ireland twice weekly (valid application consists of completed application form, assessment fee and signed contract).
